Five Quad’s Community Training Team is run by Five Quad members who are American Heart Association certified BLS CPR/AED instructors. The classes offered by Five Quad VAS are Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR/AED, Heartsaver CPR/AED, as well as First Aid.

Among the classes offered by Five Quad VAS are Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR/AED, Heartsaver CPR/AED, as well as First Aid. Descriptions of each course are as follows:
BLS CPR/AED- A course intended for Healthcare Professionals who work or volunteer in a health related field. This course teaches advanced CPR skills as required by many health related fields. Duration: 4 hours.
Heartsaver CPR/AED- A course designed for everyday citizens who wish to learn life saving CPR skills to use in a Medical Emergency involving heart related issues before arrival Healthcare Professionals. This certification in this course will not be sufficient for work in Professional Healthcare Setting such as a Hospital or an Ambulance Core. Duration: 3 hours
First Aid- A course designed for everyday citizens who wish to learn about trauma, medical, and environmental emergencies and how to treat patients on a Basic level before the arrival of Healthcare Professionals. Duration: 2.5 hours.
